Virtual Fitness & Wellness Classes to Keep You Fit, Focused & Sane During COVID-19

If you haven't heard, we're resuming in-studio group fitness classes at Core Collective from 6 July 2020 and we couldn't be more excited! Despite the resumption of in-studio classes, we understand that not all of you are quite ready to attend them in person just yet... 

That’s why we’re continuing to provide you with a variety of virtual fitness & wellness classes hosted by top fitness & wellness professionals that you can enjoy in the comfort of your home until 31 July at just S$10.70 per session!

CARDIO | HIIT | STRENGTH & CONDITIONING 

Virtual Express Strength 

Strength
Danielle van der Leest 

Short on time? With this express class you can squeeze in that muscle burning sweat session regardless of your time constraint. These classes may be short in length, but it'll create a burn that will make you feel great. This is a no-jump workout, also suitable for pre- and postnatal.

Virtual Strength HIIT

Get ready to develop strength, endurance and power. Bring in your household items like liquid clothes detergent, rice pack, juice pack/bottle etc. Dumbbells and kettlebells are awesome too. Be prepared to work, sweat, enjoy the burn and get results!

Zumba Toning is a lower impact version of Zumba Fitness. Move your body with moves that targets the abs, thighs, arms, and other muscles throughout the body. Bring along some 1lb or 2.5lb handweights, or 500ml water bottles.

Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga as exercise, incorporating principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine, with asanas that are held for longer. If you've got them available, prepare two yoga blocks and a yoga strap before the class!

Drawing elements from Ballet, Yoga & Pilates, Barre Power Burn works to build core strength, flexibility, alignment, and muscular endurance. You'll need a mat, a chair for support, and a sweat towel. Weights and pilates ball are recommended if you've got them, but variations will be given for those without equipment.

Here's a fun form of cardio! Piloxing is an interval barefoot training that uniquely blends the power, speed, and agility of boxing with the targeted sculpting and flexibility of pilates. Alongside this, it also incorporates fun and exhilarating dance moves to give you a full muscle-toning and fat-burning workout!

Virtual Conscious Breathing

The benefits of conscious breathing are endless. This 40-minute session of intense conscious breathing will center you and provide you with focus, relax and calm your nervous system, and even boost your immune system among many other astounding health benefits. It’s recommended that this class is done on an empty stomach of solids. Please check into this class 10 minutes early, and note that cameras must be on throughout this class.

How To Book:

1) Book a class via the MindBody app, our Core Collective App (available on the App Store or Play Store), or on the Core Collective website. Virtual classes can be found in the “Virtual” tab under the location filter.
2) Download the ZOOM App. 
3) 60 minutes before the start of class, the instructor will send a ZOOM link to you via your MBO registered email - be sure to check that it hasn't landed in your spam! 
4) At the specified date/time, ZOOM in and enjoy your class!

Participants must cancel 6 hours before the start of class, if not it will be regarded as a “late cancel” and you will be charged for the class.

All virtual class single-session passes will expire on Monday, 31 July 2020.
