As fitness and wellness enthusiasts ourselves, the team at Core Collective understands that the recent lockdown to mitigate the spread of COVID-19 might be leaving some of you worrying about how you’ll maintain your fitness, focus, and sanity. 

That’s why, we’ve compiled a list of virtual fitness & wellness classes hosted by our top fitness & wellness professionals, for you to enjoy in the comfort of your home every week until 30 June 2020 for just S$10.70 per session!

This kickboxing themed workout incorporates a functional, interval, cardiovascular and circuit training regimens consisting of a proprietary system of nine challenging workout segments developed by a World Champion kickboxer.

A 45-minute full body boxing fitness workout, lovingly designed with first-time champs in mind! This is a smaller and more intimate class with a maximum of 12 participants so that you can get more guidance and assistance from the instructor. You'll need a mat, some water, and a towel for this workout. Light 1kg hand weights and resistants bands are optional to up the intensity of your session.

Virtual Yin Yoga for Emotional Release

This is a fusion Yin Yoga practice focused on emotional release based on the emotions linked to TCM Five Main Organs (Liver, Stomach, Lungs, Heart, Kidneys) and the Yoga Chakra System.

The Yin Yoga practice is a quiet and silent practice where we turn inwards and hold each pose longer to stimulate and release the deeper connective tissues holding tensions accumulated from past traumas, pains, conflicts, unresolved issues. When these deeper connective tissues have a chance to release, the energy channels or energy vortices found along the same pathways can circulate better and the related suppressed negative emotions can emerge and set free from our body.

There is no statute of limitation on how postnatal you are, but it is not recommended to commence exercise until your doctor or woman's health physiotherapist has given you the green light at about 6 weeks postpartum. This class is diastasis and pelvic floor safe.

2) Download the ZOOM App. 
3) 60 minutes before the start of class, the instructor will send a ZOOM link to you via your MBO registered email - be sure to check that it hasn't landed in your spam! 
4) At the specified date/time, ZOOM in and enjoy your class!

Participants must cancel 6 hours before the start of class, if not it will be regarded as a “late cancel” and you will be charged for the class.

All virtual class single-session passes will expire on Monday, 30 June 2020.
