Mindfulness & Movement Session
Participants will be guided through:
Mindful Movement techniques which highlight the body-breath connection, including qi gong & tai chi
Mindfulness-Based Tools & Meditation, practicing the awareness of breathing, paying attention to sensations as they arise, observing and riding the waves of thoughts, emotions and sounds.
Through all of these practices, we are empowered to be more AWARE, cultivate a sense of CURIOSITY within the PRESENT MOMENT.
