In this 2 hours workshop, you will explore progressions to achieve your first back lever. You will also learn how you can program these progression into your own training routine and work mindfully towards your first back lever.

"We started Start Station right after graduating from NUS and our parents and friends thought we were crazy! We started from scratch, by conducting Calisthenics bootcamps outdoors at different fitness stations across Singapore - from Bedok Reservoir Park to Tiong Bahru Park to Toa Payoh. Over the first few months we got to meet and be inspired by so many different individuals all of different demographics and fitness levels. We love being a part of the fitness journey - being able to witness someone struggling with their planks to finally being able to do a proper push-up and pull-up. That inspires us and gives us the drive to do more and provide more for our students. Every day we keep working towards expanding Start Station and so that everyone will be able to experience bodyweight trainings and eventually fall in love with Calisthenics, Yoga and Movement."
