Haaziq from Start Station will get you started on your handstand journey!

This is perfect for beginners working on their fear of inversions and are looking for a safe space to learn the basics of handstands. We know how intimidating starting is so we'll break down the handstand into simple progressions and support you no matter where you are beginning from.

We will also work on basic handstand drills as well as essential strength, flexibility and conditioning exercises. You will leave feeling confident to embark on a committed self-practice.

Start Station

We started Start Station right after graduating from NUS and our parents and friends thought we were crazy! We started from scratch, by conducting Calisthenics bootcamps outdoors at different fitness stations across Singapore - from Bedok Reservoir Park to Tiong Bahru Park to Toa Payoh. Over the first few months we got to meet and be inspired by so many different individuals all of different demographics and fitness levels. We love being a part of the fitness journey - being able to witness someone struggling with their planks to finally being able to do a proper push-up and pull-up. That inspires us and gives us the drive to do more and provide more for our students. Every day we keep working towards expanding Start Station and so that everyone will be able to experience bodyweight trainings and eventually fall in love with Calisthenics, Yoga and Movement.
