Contrary to popular belief, stress isn’t always bad! In small and reasonable doses, it actually helps you perform under pressure and is a force of motivation. However, when you’re constantly running on stress overload, it can begin to take a toll on your mind and body.
If you’re frequently finding yourself feeling overwhelmed, it’s your responsibility to bring your nervous system back to balance. There are ways that you can protect yourself, improve how you think and feel, and keep your stress levels at bay by simply learning how to recognise the signs and symptoms of chronic stress and taking the necessary steps to reduce its detrimental effects.

Dr. Kevin Tomassini, a USA board certified Doctor of Chiropractic with a background in fitness, has been providing his chiropractic services in Singapore since 2013. His qualifications include; Doctor of Chiropractic from Parker College of Chiropractic, Masters in Social and Economic Development from Universidad Centro Villa Real, Bachelor of Science in Health and Wellness from Parker College of Chiropractic, and Bachelor of Arts in Physical Education from University of Puerto Rico.
A strong believer in functionality, he practices integrative corrective spinal care on his patients through the use of Chiropractic combined with nutritional consultancies and exercise prescription.
