Stress Management Workshop

Learn how to take care of your body to reduce and prevent copious levels of stress!

Contrary to popular belief, stress isn’t always bad! In small and reasonable doses, it actually helps you perform under pressure and is a force of motivation. However, when you’re constantly running on stress overload, it can begin to take a toll on your mind and body.

If you’re frequently finding yourself feeling overwhelmed, it’s your responsibility to bring your nervous system back to balance. There are ways that you can protect yourself, improve how you think and feel, and keep your stress levels at bay by simply learning how to recognise the signs and symptoms of chronic stress and taking the necessary steps to reduce its detrimental effects.

In this workshop with Dr Kevin Tomassini, you will learn:

  • How stress affects your body and health
  • What to eat when you’re stressed
  • What exercises are good for you in times of stress
  • How to take care of your body to reduce and prevent copious levels of stress
