Kangatraining - A Safe, Postnatal Workout with Your Baby

Kangatraining is a safe, gentle postnatal workout that allows mothers to get a total body workout whilst being close with their baby. The class concentrates on strengthening the core abdominal and pelvic floor muscles. 

The class consists of floor work and standing exercises (with your baby in a supportive baby carrier) as well as some pop and Latin simple dance choreography. Whether you want to get back into shape or simply get out of the house whilst keeping baby close to you, Kangatraining is for you, mama!
