Jay-Hykel
Founder of Limitless Performance
Jay is the co-founder of Limitless Performance. He leverages his experience as a national rugby player to train clients with an athlete mindset. This means working hard in and out of the gym, being smart in your training methodology and implementing an effective yet sustainable diet plan notwithstanding recovery, which is also part of training.
His strength lies in training people from different backgrounds and providing customised programs to help them achieve their goals. Jay is also an ACE Certified pre- and post-partum trainer and has trained more than 15 ladies to date.

Latif Mirza
Head Coach
Latif served as the Director of Coaching and Professional Development at SPEED Sports & Fitness, holding a BSc in Sports Science with Honors. He was a certified Strength and Conditioning Coach (CSCS), Speed and Agility Coach (CSAS), and Functional Movement Screen (FMS) Practitioner at levels 1 and 2. During his time there, Latif diligently built a team of skilled coaches dedicated to delivering top-quality service to their clients. He has an expertise in developing well-rounded athletes, drawn from years of coaching and training athletes at all levels, particularly in football, rugby, golf and tennis.
Throughout his career, Latif collaborated with various clubs such Balestier Khalsa FC, Hougang United FC, Warriors FC, and Ta'moko Lions and Geylang International FC serving as a Strength and Conditioning Coach. In addition to his work with professional players, Latif successfully guided clients of diverse abilities in achieving their fitness and health goals. His skills in rehabilitating numerous clients enabled their smooth transition back to normal daily activities and sports. In addition, Latif extended his support by offering valuable nutritional advice to optimise his clients' well-being.
Driven by a deep-seated passion, Latif is dedicated to enhancing his clients' quality of life through exercise and proper nutrition, embodying a relentless commitment to their success.
Meth Ruangwilai
Team Coach
With an experience of 3 years in the fitness industry, Meth has found his specialities in strength training and weight-loss programming that helps clients not only move better, but feel better about themselves. He is also a powerlifter with 5 years of experience in the sport.
Meth is also a ISSA Certified trainer, with certification in Stretch PT, which enables him to troubleshoot and perform rehab in any injuries that clients may have, and is also proficient in basic sports massage.
He is a certified FEA Body Transformation L1 & L2 Specialist which helps clients achieve their targeted goals, through scientific-proven training programs.
Darren Zhang
Team Coach
Darren will help you crush your fitness goals — whether to kickstart your fitness journey or better your run- with his years of experience in marathons and racing.
Darren also specialises in injury rehab to get you back in action and high-intensity HIIT classes to make you stronger than yesterday. Darren is also an ACE Certified Pre- and Postpartum trainer who is able to help you get back into fitness efficiently without worrying about getting injured.

Zoey Zuo

Zoey Zuo is a highly motivated and experienced fitness professional based in Singapore. With a strong background in personal training, Zoey is dedicated to helping clients achieve optimal health and performance through personalized fitness programs. Her mission is to inspire long-term healthy habits, focusing on strength training, cardiovascular fitness, and flexibility.
Zoey's target audience includes individuals seeking tailored fitness guidance and a supportive training environment. She provides services such as personalized coaching, fitness planning, and group training sessions.
Notable accomplishments include managing fitness studios, leading successful training programs, and creating positive, community-focused fitness environments.
Sean Er
Team Coach
Sean being an athlete for almost 14 years of his life and a current national team rugby player, pushes to grow and improve everyday. He brings this mindset when coaching his clients on reaching their goals.
He specialises in personal training, sports-specific workout, and bootcamps for kids. He is rugby coaching certified and also a certified strength and conditioning coach. Sean aims to push his clients to reach their goals, inspire young athletes and help them to reach their goals of playing at the highest level one day.
Sean has represented Singapore in the 2022 Asian games and 2023 Olympic qualifiers.
