For individuals seeking to transform their appearance and well-being, Matthew offers one-on-one gym training to optimise their technique, assess their alignment, revise their fitness program, break it down into training blocks, and concentrate on specific objectives through periodisation. Matthew completed his undergraduate studies in Health Science with a minor in Nutrition. He is a Certified Personal Trainer (NASM), Registered Yoga Teacher (200hr), Ski Instructor (CSIA Level 1), and Kinesiologist. He is also pursuing certification as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (NSCA) to train professional athletes.
