About Jasmine Danker
Jasmine has been in the personal training industry for 11 years and this has given her the opportunity to work with people of all ages and capabilities. If you're new to training, she will teach you how to use your body efficiently through movement and guide you as you work towards your goals without sacrificing your strength. If you already have experience training but want a better direction in your fitness regime, she will help you learn more about your body’s ability to get strong and become the best version you can be.
Be it getting ready for your wedding or a very special beach holiday, Jasmine can help you efficiently and sustainably work towards a body that you will be confident in. She believes that short-term goals are the reason why people often start their fitness journey and end up falling in love with how strong their body becomes, learning along the way that strength training also helps to prevent injuries and makes living much easier.
She also believes in the benefits of staying fit throughout pregnancy. She trains pregnant clients up to the very last week of labour, specially designing programmes to vary during the different courses of pregnancy and resulting in reduced back-aches, a smooth and quick delivery, and your ability to get back into shape quicker after you deliver. She will also connect you with other healthcare professionals if needed.

• IKFF Kettlebell Level 1
• Postnatal Coaching Certification from Girls Gone Strong & Fitness Innovations (FIT)
