Professional Experience

Jing Zhi is a swim, bike and run coach with expertise in biomechanical assessment, strength and conditioning, and yoga.

He believes in compassionate coaching, having faced his own challenges as a plant-based varsity athlete, Ironman and ultramarathon finisher, and commando officer regular. 

When not training you or himself, he's usually engaged in other founder's roles at Second Wind Nation, a regional swim bike run media, coaching and events company.
