Pilates exercises can be modified almost limitlessly, making Pilates suitable for people of all ages and physical conditions (professional athletes, those with injury/chronic pain, pregnant women, etc.) Gen started Pilates 8 years ago, to find a solution to scoliosis-related back pain, and it changed her life. She became a Pilates instructor chiefly to share the numerous benefits of regular Pilates practice with as many people as possible.
