About I Rene Pung
I Rene’s love for fitness was initially sparked while studying overseas. Upon returning to Singapore, she decided to fervently pursue this passion by becoming a Pilates instructor.
I Rene is a firm believer of Pilates and its rehabilitation power. The sport helped strengthen her busted lower back, which she obtained from years of incorrect exercise techniques. It also allowed her to regain strength and build endurance after having 3 children.
Throughout her teaching career, I Rene has worked with a variety of clients from those with postural issues, slipped discs, knee and hip replacements to pre/post-natal mothers. She is adamant that exercise is the key to a well-balanced life and to aging gracefully.
I Rene is constantly looking for new and creative exercises to challenge her clients and help improve their mobility, flexibility, strength and endurance.
Expect a fun and challenging workout in both her Pilates Mat and Reformer classes!
