Kenneth has been actively competing in sports from a young age and has been a fitness enthusiast all his life. 

Now, he has taken the step to start his own fitness and health company to help others achieve their goals, while at the same time pursuing his lifetime passion. 

Kenneth is an experienced trainer and physique competitor. He has conducted numerous boot camps for companies and has also helped many individuals achieve their fitness goals. He specializes in personalizing a training programme based on each individual's specific needs and goals. Kenneth also provides nutritional advice that allows for muscle building or fat loss, depending on each individual's specific goals.
