Nat’s ultimate goal is to help her clients achieve a well-balanced lifestyle by taking a holistic approach to health and fitness. Nat believes that there is no one size fits all, and exercise and nutrition routines have to be adjusted to each client’s lifestyle in order to be sustainable. Drawing from her extensive background in fitness and nutrition, Nat will customize suitable training programs for her clients. She aims to educate and guide her clients, encouraging them to continually challenge themselves in a fun and rewarding way.
Nat’s zest for life and adventurous spirit also takes her around the world. She enjoys the wonders of nature and hiking in exotic places. If she is not doing something related to fitness, you can usually find her buried in her books.
