Vinodh Antony

Vinodh Antony
Principal Physiotherapist

He is a fully qualified AHPC physiotherapist with 23 years of experience. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Physiotherapy from the Dr MGR Medical University, India, and a Master's degree in cardio-respiratory disorders.

Antony hails from Madurai, a small town in southern India. He accumulated vast industry experience across India in clinical and academic settings before beginning his career in Singapore. In addition to serving as a lecturer and examiner at NTR Medical University, he was also a panel member.

He has worked at restructured and private hospitals such as the Singapore General Hospital and the Gleneagles Hospital, treating patients with various disorders from pediatric care to ICU care, in-patient rehabilitation, and outpatient musculoskeletal problems.

His special interests include Exercise Physiology, Biomechanics, Cardiorespiratory disorders and Sports Rehabilitation. He is passionate about working with patients and enjoys diagnosing and treating subtle, hidden issues. His patients appreciate his commitment, dedication, honesty, and straightforwardness.

As part of his volunteer work, he developed a curriculum for the academic section of the Red Cross Society.

He is an Avid Chelsea Football Club fan and follows them diligently. He plays Football over weekends. He also enjoys badminton, strength, agility training, and swimming during his leisure hours.

Wong Hui Xin
Principal Dietician

Hui Xin is a qualified dietitian with 13 years of clinical experience in clinical nutrition, specialising in areas such as weight management, diabetes, rehabilitation, oncology, nephrology, and gastroenterology in adults, as well as pediatric nutrition. She holds a First-class Honours Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from the University Putra Malaysia and is pursuing a Master of Science in Applied Gerontology at Nanyang Technological University. She is an active member of the Singapore Nutrition and Dietetics Association (SNDA), advancing nutritional science and patient care through her work.

She has worked in restructured and private hospitals, including Singapore General Hospital and Mount Elizabeth Novena Hospital. She lectured on Sports Nutrition at Singapore Polytechnic, emphasising the crucial link between diet and physical health.

Hui Xin is passionate about empowering people to adopt healthy diets and lifestyles, live longer, and fulfil their dreams. Currently, she collaborates with medical professionals to provide tailored dietary advice. She also conducts public talks and advocates for the role of nutrition
in overall wellness.

Amelia Jacob
Senior Physiotherapist

Being driven by the calling to help clients regain confidence and feel physically better through therapy, Amelia is happy to be a part of River Physio. As a graduate with an MSc in Advancing Physiotherapy Practice (Edinburgh) and more than a decade of passionately growing and relating to clients in the acute inpatient set-up in Gleneagles and St Luke's Hospital Singapore, Amelia believes in client-centred and evidence-based rehabilitative approach in physiotherapy provision. A strong believer in the human body as a 'wonderland', Amelia aims to support clients' recovery through manual therapy, exercises, and empowerment of active participation during rehab.

Pang Kim Fong
Senior Principal Physiotherapist

He is a fully qualified AHPC physiotherapist with more than 30 years of experience. His educational background includes a Bachelor of Science (Honours) degree in Physiotherapy from the University of Queensland, Australia.

He began his career in 1994 at the Soldiers Performance Center and has since worked in various settings as a physiotherapist manager and as a traveling physiotherapist for Sports Physiotherapy International, Singapore. In addition to serving as an international classifier for para archery at Singapore Sports Disability Council from 2005 until present, he also served as the organization's head of classifications from 2013 to 2016.

As a simplicist and minimalist, Pang presents himself as a pleasant individual. He does most of his talking with his work. Besides sports injury management and spinal disorders, he provides vestibular rehabilitation services at home to patients suffering from chronic health conditions. It is no secret that he maintains his fitness despite his age, hitting the gym regularly, running every day and staying active. As a food taster, he appreciates good quality, tasty food.
