Aerial Yoga combines traditional yoga poses with the use of a suspended silk hammock to support you through various flows. Flowing through sequences with the support of a hammock improves flexibility and builds strength as it allows you to do more challenging poses, such as inversions, with less pressure on your shoulders, spine or head. It is recommended to wear clothing that you can move around comfortably in, but nothing too loose or baggy that may fall off when you hang upside down. Please avoid wearing jewelry that may get caught on the hammocks.

Aerial Yoga Basics
A series of exercise and stretch poses executed in the hammock, conducted in a safe and nurturing environment. In this level, students are challenged towards endurance training and holding their forms in harder poses.
Please note that this class is not for absolute beginners. Pre-requisites include:
1. Have attended Aerial Yoga classes regularly for at least 3 months
2. Comfortable with suspended inversions
3. Able to hold poses for a longer period of time.
Focusing on mobility and lengthening of muscular movements, Aerial Stretch provides students with the knowledge to identify their own limitations and understand the works to stretch safely through a guided session with the use of the yoga hammocks.
Core Collective Dempsey
Aerial Flow is a flow workout but in the air.
Utilising a hammock, sequences are a combination of yoga poses, wraps and kinetic actions. A quick-paced workout with flowing sequences, including up/down, swinging, circular movement and tricks*, this class will definitely help you build your physical and mental strength.
*Tricks are involved for students at an intermediate level.
Aerial Flow is an open level class, suitable for both seasoned practitioners and newbies.
Aerial Pilates combines the benefits of both aerial movement and Pilates into one workout. It brings Pilates mat/machine classes into the air, challenging your core-strength and taking muscle conditioning to new heights. Aerial Pilates utilises the hammock and is an open level class, suitable for both seasoned practitioners and newbies.
