Aqua Move

Aqua Aerobic workout focusing on movement and resistance. Expect to break out in cardio sweat at the end of 45 minutes!

Aqua Boxing

HIIT cardio boxing circuit incorporating strength and resistance training.  A 45 minutes full body workout with emphasis on the core.

Fini Circuit

The 45-minute high energy swim skills circuit steps out of the normal baby/tot swim class routine filled with nursery rhymes and makes learning ultra fun for both parent and child.

Twinkle Tots Ballet & Jazz (Ages 3-4), Saturdays, 2pm-3pm

Our Twinkle Tots classes are specially designed for toddlers. Students are introduced to basic movement, music, balance, and simple dance steps, all of which are conducted in a fun, friendly, encouraging and positive manner.

Twinkle Stars Ballet & Jazz (Ages 4-5), Saturdays, 3pm-4pm

Our Twinkle Stars class is specially designed for older toddlers. Students are introduced to basic movement, music, balance, and simple dance steps, all of which are conducted in a fun, friendly, encouraging and positive manner.

Mini Ballet & Jazz (Ages 5-7), Saturdays, 4pm-5pm

This class builds on basic ballet and jazz dance movements that are also suitable for first-time dancers. Jazz class includes an introduction to proper warm-ups and stretches for the body combined with across-the-floor progressions and mini combinations. The ballet portion of the class includes an introduction to the ballet barre and learning more challenging steps.

Pre-Junior Ballet & Jazz (Ages 7-9), Saturdays, 5pm-6pm

This class builds on basic ballet and jazz dance movements that are also suitable for first-time dancers. Jazz class includes an introduction to proper warm-ups and stretches for the body combined with across-the-floor progressions and mini combinations. The ballet portion of the class includes an introduction to the ballet barre and learning more challenging steps.
