Dance is the movement of the body in a rhythmic way, usually to music and within a given space, for the purpose of expressing an idea or emotion, releasing energy, or simply taking delight in the movement itself. To most people it evokes a feeling of freedom, expression and culture converging together - the relation as a community with dance is somewhat 'tribal'.

Funky instructors teach you to move with attitude through this 55-minute class. So grab a friend, get front and center, and get high on the feeling of dance. Like all the Les Mills programs, a new BodyJam class is produced every three months with new music and choreography. Each new class will be a different dance experience depending on what's current and hot.
Bouncy Bouncy (Basics)- Trampoline Fitness

This program helps new participants get used to the rebounding motion on a trampoline. Tracks are of a lower BPM for them to get the rhythm of rebounding. They learn and practice the basic movements on a trampoline. They also learn the technique to perform simple core stabilizing exercises on the trampoline. This builds a strong foundation for rebounding while having fun and burning tons of calories.
Latino Jam
Latino Jam combines techno and Latin music with dance and aerobic movements. It is a fusion of Latin dance steps such as Salsa, Merengue, Raeggaeton, Cumbia, Samba, Soca, Belly-Dancing and the faster-paced rhythms of Pop and Techno.
