Pilates

Pilates is a method of exercise that consists of low-impact flexibility and muscular strength and endurance movements. Pilates emphasizes proper postural alignment, core strength, and muscle balance. Core Collective offers both mat work and reformer type classes both on an individual or group setting:

Improve your body's alignment, posture, flexibility, muscle control, balance and endurance and achieve the efficiency of movement, mobility and enhanced concentration through conditioning the body from the inside out. 

Reformer (Beginner)

An ideal class for the beginners to learn how to use the Reformer, understand the basic principles of Pilates and learning the correct techniques to prevent injuries.

Suitable for those who have no former pilates experience.

You must attend this class before progressing to other Reformer classes.

Reformer (Intermediate)

A challenging class that focuses on CORE strength and control. Working on all the postural muscles that helps you feel, move and look better!
