Pilates

Pilates is a method of exercise that consists of low-impact flexibility and muscular strength and endurance movements. Pilates emphasizes proper postural alignment, core strength, and muscle balance. Core Collective offers both mat work and reformer type classes both on an individual or group setting:

Reformer (Beginner)

An ideal class for the beginners to learn how to use the Reformer, understand the basic principles of Pilates and learning the correct techniques to prevent injuries.

Suitable for those who have no former pilates experience.

You must attend this class before progressing to other Reformer classes.

Reformer (Intermediate)

A challenging class that focuses on CORE strength and control. Working on all the postural muscles that helps you feel, move and look better!

Pilates Reformer

At Pilates BodyTree, we believe that in order to Live Well, one has to move well. Together with an emphasis on quality teaching and precision, our Group Reformer Classes provide a full body workout while still ensuring correct alignment and developing symmetry, leaving you with a sense of connection and awareness of your own bodies.

Pilates Reformer Beginner

An ideal class for beginners. In this class, you will learn how to use the Reformer machine while understanding the basic principles of Pilates. A full body workout that targets your small muscle groups while layering the proper techniques. Suitable for those who have no former Pilates Reformer experience.

You are advised to attend 5 Beginner classes before progressing to other Reformer classes.

Pilates Reformer Intermediate

A challenging class that focuses on core stability and control. Building upon exercises covered in the beginner class to work on all your postural muscles, stretch yourself physically and mentally to achieve your fitness goal.

You must attend at least Beginner classes before progressing to this intermediate class.
