This class utlizes a Reformer machine to offer hundreds of Pilates exercises to your Pilates workout.
Pilates Reformer exercises have no-impact on your joints. It tones your muscles more than a mat class as there is increased resistance from the Reformer machine.
Pilates Reformer Fat Burn
In this class, we make full use of the reformer for heart pumping cardio exercises! This class incorporates compound full body exercises which will get your heart rate high, followed by active stretching and functional mobility exercises.
