Lorne educates people about their bodies using a different approach - focusing on the exploration and development of strength (linear and organic), mobility, flexibility, coordination, rhythm, movement refinement & terminology, problem-solving and more.
His methods have been heavily influenced by the Ido Portal Method, Tom Wexler, Charles Poliquin, Gymnastics Bodies, Stretch Therapy, Tai Chi and Somatic Therapy.
Lorne’s goal is to help all his clients work towards a body that is free of injury and restrictions. A body that moves efficiently and ably, and looks good.
He is also a coffee snob and loves his three dogs (two huskies and a corgi) and occasionally his wife. His clients tell him he is a good therapist.

Dan Hammond
After 10 years as a professional footballer in both the UK and Singapore, Dan turned his attention to the fitness industry as a strength and conditioning coach.
His high intense strength training sessions will have you moving from start to finish in a bid to help you smash through your health and fitness targets.
With a focus on functional strength and conditioning his training methods are applicable from the beginner to the pro athlete.
