Clinical Pilates

Clinical Pilates helps people learn the correct movement of the entire body post-physiotherapy. The body is a system, and Clinical Pilates, taught under the watchful eye of a physiotherapist, helps patients move correctly throughout the entire body.
 
Clinical Pilates helps patients re-learn how to move better and increase their self-awareness of their body movements, improving their knowledge and providing guided practice to improve in these areas; they increase their capacity and ability to maintain and improve their physical health and fitness.
